Built in Schools. Designed for Yours.

RFA Consulting was built on a simple belief: the expertise needed to improve schools often already exists within them. Meaningful, sustainable improvement begins by recognizing the strengths of educators and creating the clarity, collaboration, and systems that allow great practices to flourish.

Grounded in firsthand experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader, RFA Consulting partners with schools and districts to turn priorities into meaningful action. Our approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to each school's unique needs—building the capacity of educators to sustain improvement long after our work together ends.

Meet the Educator Behind RFA

Richelle Acquisto

Founder | Educational Consultant

For nearly two decades, I've had the privilege of working alongside educators in classrooms, collaborative teams, and school leadership roles. My journey has taken me from teaching kindergarten and second grade to serving as a literacy curriculum specialist, instructional coach, math mentor, elementary and secondary assistant principal, and elementary school principal.

Each role has shaped my understanding of what meaningful school improvement requires. I've seen firsthand the dedication, creativity, and expertise educators bring to their work every day. I've also seen how even the most talented teams can struggle when expectations aren't clear, systems aren't aligned, or there isn't enough time to turn good intentions into meaningful action.

Throughout my career, I've been especially passionate about strengthening collaborative teams, developing instructional leadership, and helping educators use evidence of student learning to make timely, purposeful decisions. I believe lasting improvement happens when schools build shared understanding, strengthen everyday practices, and create systems that support the people doing the work.

That's why I created RFA Consulting.

Not to bring schools another program or initiative, but to partner with educators in building the clarity, confidence, and collective capacity to make meaningful improvement possible—and sustainable.

The belief behind the work

The expertise is already in the room.

My role isn't to arrive with all the answers. It's to ask the right questions, bring practical experience, facilitate meaningful collaboration, and help educators build systems that allow their expertise to flourish.
